Requirements
- Several years of practical experience capturing customer requirements and translating them into production implementation plans.
- Experience building and rolling out production workflows, data flows, prompts, and guardrails for AI applications.
- Deep understanding of LLM-based systems, including prompting, tool use, RAG, evaluation, and failure modes.
- Hands-on experience implementing integrations using APIs and webhooks.
- Familiarity with common authentication patterns such as OAuth and API keys.
- Strong coding skills; TypeScript or Python preferred.
- Experience with testing, monitoring, and logging.
- Basic cloud deployment and observability experience for production debugging.
- German proficiency at B2 level or above is strongly preferred.
- Voice or telephony integrations, workflow automation tools, SQL, monitoring or tracing, and GDPR or privacy considerations are bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Translate customer requirements into robust production implementations.
- Lead production rollouts of AI assistant setups, including workflows, logic, data flows, prompts, and guardrails.
- Implement integrations with third-party systems using APIs, webhooks, and common CRM, calendar, ticketing, and payment services.
- Develop small-to-medium features and glue code, including tests, monitoring, and logging.
- Debug live issues across calls, flows, and data, and deploy fixes under production conditions.
- Build reusable templates, deployment playbooks, and best practices.
- Surface customer pain points, feature gaps, and recurring patterns to the product team with concrete recommendations.
