Requirements
- 6–10+ years of production software engineering experience.
- 3+ years of experience deploying AI/ML to production environments.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Proven track record leading complex enterprise technical engagements.
- Deep production LLM experience including multi-agent orchestration, MCP, RAG optimization, and evaluation frameworks.
- System architecture expertise across enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, and AI services.
- Ability to create reusable technical assets and documentation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25–50% of the time.
- Fluency in English.
- BS or MS in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, multi-system AI deployments from technical discovery through production deployment.
- Own the AI workshop program, customizing modules per customer and translating output into production requirements.
- Architect multi-agent solutions, selecting coordination patterns based on workflow and compliance needs.
- Design client-specific MCP resource packs to provide personalized intelligence.
- Manage and document Deployment Kits to ensure usability for non-engineering consultants.
- Lead Solutions Enablement Sprints to transfer knowledge to consultants and partners via training.
- Drive the internal intelligence loop by authoring memos, presenting field findings, and contributing to platform improvements.
- Mentor junior FDEs on customer engagements and code reviews.
