Requirements
- Hold a master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.
- Have an active Washington State license as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
- Demonstrate strong clinical assessment skills.
- Demonstrate strong treatment planning skills.
- Be proficient with technology used for telehealth services.
Responsibilities
- Deliver telehealth-based mental health support, including individual and group therapy.
- Perform intake evaluations.
- Develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide mental health counseling and referrals.
- Provide crisis intervention when necessary.
- Maintain documentation in accordance with Federal, State, and company guidelines.
