Job Details

Requirements

  • Hold a master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • Maintain active LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW licensure.
  • Have experience with a diverse client base.
  • Have experience with a range of mental health conditions.
  • Work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
  • Work Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual therapy sessions via video call to help clients manage their mental health.
  • Foster an open space for clients to explore their emotions and gain insights into themselves and their relationships.
  • Provide client advocacy and assist clients in setting personal and therapeutic goals.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs using a solution-focused approach.
