Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of experience as a Power Platform Developer and SharePoint Architect or Developer.
  • Have experience designing and integrating Power Platform applications in SharePoint.
  • Have experience designing SharePoint Online sites with a modern look and feel.
  • Be proficient with presentation and web communication tools.
  • Have experience working on, coordinating, and communicating across cross-team initiatives.
  • Be able to explain complex technical problems to non-technical audiences.
  • Be able to organize and manage multiple priorities and maintain a big-picture vision while defining detailed requirements.
  • Preferred: experience customizing accessible SharePoint products and features, especially for Section 508 requirements.
  • Preferred: experience with Information Architecture or User Interface Design, including wireframes or mockups.
  • Preferred: experience designing, developing, and integrating Tableau or Power BI dashboards in SharePoint.
  • Preferred: experience using PowerShell, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ShareGate, or Nintex.
  • Preferred: experience with Agile development, requirements-gathering tools, Atlassian, or federal government systems.

Responsibilities

  • Work through the SDLC, from gathering and analyzing business requirements through design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Create project designs and documentation, including user stories and tasks.
  • Serve as a liaison between product owners and project teams to identify, understand, and document business needs.
  • Coordinate with and mentor SharePoint team members to support knowledge sharing and solution development.
  • Integrate and customize SharePoint products and features using Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Build modern SharePoint sites using out-of-the-box features and modern design.
  • Develop workflows using Power Automate Flow and create and customize forms using Power Apps Canvas Apps.
  • Design and develop dashboards and reports using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate when appropriate.
  • Provide end-user technical support and prepare and deliver SharePoint training materials or instructions.
  • Present product features to technical and non-technical audiences and coordinate work across projects and stakeholders.
