Requirements
- Have extensive experience in a senior creative or leadership role within a fast-paced digital agency, creative tech studio, or high-growth startup.
- Provide a portfolio demonstrating digital product experiences, motion design, 3D assets, and marketing campaigns.
- Be proficient with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Have exposure to or proficiency in 3D and motion software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or After Effects.
- Have exposure to or proficiency in generative AI creative tools.
- Demonstrate an experimental mindset, an eye for micro-interactions, and an interest in immersive digital storytelling.
- Have exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the visual identity of projects, with an emphasis on digital-first experiences.
- Oversee ideation and execution of campaigns integrating 3D elements, CGI, motion graphics, and interactive digital activations.
- Explore and integrate emerging creative technologies and AI tools into the design workflow.
- Mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team of designers.
- Pitch and present creative concepts to clients and internal stakeholders, explaining the rationale behind visual directions.
- Review and refine deliverables to meet brand objectives and aesthetic and technical standards.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and development teams to connect creative concepts with technical execution.
