Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience building large-scale distributed systems features or applications.
- Be proficient in the design and development of RESTful web services.
- Have experience building and operating scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems.
- Have experience with Java or another object-oriented programming language.
- Be comfortable tackling multithreading challenges.
- Hold a BS in Computer Science or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve distributed infrastructure for data platforms.
- Architect robust, scalable, and highly available distributed infrastructure.
- Develop RESTful web services.
- Build and operate scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems.
- Contribute to data storage, data movement, and processing platforms.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and TPMs across teams.
- Contribute to open-source communities and Netflix OSS.
