Requirements
- Have 5+ years of Operations Management experience in the tech industry.
- Have experience working with multidisciplinary or cross-functional teams.
- Have experience in pre-revenue or pre-profit startups and companies with established operational processes.
- Have experience with expense tracking, budgeting, risk management, cost optimization, and company documentation management.
- Have experience working with fully remote, distributed production teams.
- Be fluent in English, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Game development or mobile app development experience is a plus.
- Experience with web3 projects is a plus.
- Experience with or a good understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, and the judgment to apply them pragmatically, is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support leadership in executing identified goals and challenges during the 12-month contract.
- Provide cost calculations, risk and benefit analyses, resource and feasibility analyses, and execution strategies for milestones, goals, initiatives, and projects.
- Manage expense tracking, purchase approvals, vendor management, and operational budgeting processes.
- Identify, track, and escalate decisions blocking product development, and follow up with the team to support resolution and maintain alignment on timelines and context.
- Partner with the Project Manager and team to plan product milestone scope, timelines, and costs for leadership.
- Work with leadership and the team to identify process inefficiencies and develop solutions to optimize delivery time and cost.
- Standardize recurring operational processes.
