Requirements
- 9+ years of relevant professional experience with a post-secondary degree or equivalent.
- Significant experience leading large teams, including organizations of 100+ employees.
- Extensive experience in financial services, client journey transformation, digital channels, growth, or product management.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from business case development to implementation.
- Strong people leadership, executive communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong financial and analytical capabilities, including portfolio management and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities in a highly matrixed environment.
- Understanding of AI-enabled capabilities, client experience practices, and digital transformation.
- Commitment to ownership, trust, and inclusive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end client journey outcomes across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, service, and retention.
- Drive modernization priorities and digital/AI adoption from concept through implementation and sustainment.
- Orchestrate enterprise partners across Product, UX/CX, Marketing, Technology, Data, and Risk toward shared outcomes.
- Manage portfolio performance against growth, financial, and operational objectives, including business case development and benefit realization.
- Establish governance structures and reporting mechanisms to ensure disciplined, data-driven execution.
- Lead and develop a large, high-performing team while fostering an inclusive culture of accountability.
- Provide strategic advice to senior executives on growth opportunities and digital capabilities.
