- Proven experience editing DTC e-commerce ads and performance-based creatives.
- Demonstrable expertise in editing for retention, hook rate, and conversion.
- Proficiency in producing VSLs and Meta ad formats.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for UGC generation and creative automation.
- Ability to work fast in a high-volume environment while maintaining quality.
- Professionalism in receiving and applying feedback.
- Proactive, coachable, and growth-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in Arabic (Lebanese or Egyptian dialects preferred).
Responsibilities
- Produce high-converting VSLs (3–6+ minutes) for health and wellness brands.
- Develop Facebook and Meta ad creatives focused on driving conversions.
- Edit direct-response video ads specifically for the Arabic-speaking market.
- Integrate AI-powered UGC and B-roll visual sequences into content.
- Apply retention-focused editing techniques to ensure scroll-stopping engagement.
