Requirements
- Independent worker comfortable with leadership and process building.
- Strong organizational skills including project, time, and calendar management.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for frequent client communication and account ownership.
- Computer with dual monitor setup.
- Computer with at least 8GB of RAM.
- Internet speed of at least 25 MBPS.
- Camera with at least 1080p resolution.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as a customer advocate.
- Handle retention tickets and manage retention contracts.
- Join client calls to address needs, escalations, and complaints.
- Determine burn rates and appropriate workloads for client accounts.
- Provide monthly reports on client performance.
- Assist with pricing agreements and ensure the Client PM team archives clients properly.
- Coordinate with appropriate internal departments to resolve issues.
