Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including delivering and supporting production LLM applications.
- Strong Python and backend skills, including API design and maintainable software development.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt design, and tool-enabled agents (LangChain, LangGraph).
- Practical RAG experience, including embeddings, vector/hybrid search, and retrieval evaluation.
- Solid ML fundamentals (PyTorch, scikit-learn, NumPy, pandas) and experience shipping models to production.
- Experience deploying cloud applications (Azure preferred) with containers, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
- Strong SQL skills (PostgreSQL) and knowledge of secure data handling.
- Ability to communicate technical trade-offs to diverse audiences and mentor team members.
- B2 English proficiency required.
Responsibilities
- Own AI applications and reusable services end-to-end: prototyping, integration, production deployment, monitoring, and support.
- Build agents, multimodal applications, LLM workflows, and RAG pipelines using prompt design, tool calling, structured outputs, embeddings, and hybrid search.
- Ingest and parse diverse data inputs, including datasheets, schematics, test logs, media, and business data.
- Integrate AI with engineering, manufacturing, and business systems via APIs and MCP servers.
- Apply classical ML, such as anomaly detection and computer vision, for noisy or limited datasets.
- Develop and operate Python services using Azure, PostgreSQL, Terraform, and CI/CD.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, set technical direction, and mentor engineers.
