Requirements
- Experience as a Java Backend Developer.
- Professional experience in DevSecOps, AI Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Very good knowledge of Terraform/IaC and practical experience with CI/CD.
- Experience with IAM/IdP, groups, roles, and permission management.
- Knowledge of AI/LLM Security, including assessment of plugin and connector security.
- Experience automating deployments across Dev, Staging, and Production environments.
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments such as cloud, microservices, or banking.
- Fluency in Polish (C1 level).
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end integration of data connectors, IdP, plugins, and skills from intake to configuration, testing, documentation, and closure.
- Manage access and permissions including group-level access, IdP synchronization, and scope definition for AI tools.
- Distribute skills, plugins, and connectors to users and groups in enterprise-wide or group-scoped models.
- Conduct security and quality reviews for external and internal components, analyzing dependencies, scripts, and risks related to prompt injection and data exfiltration.
- Automate registration and provisioning processes using CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code instead of manual configuration.
- Build and maintain parameterized deployments for Development, Staging, and Production environments.
- Develop and maintain secure Java-based backend integrations using Spring Boot and microservices.
