Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, AI Security, Security Engineering or a related field.
- Strong cybersecurity expertise in areas such as security architecture, cloud security, application security, IAM, data protection, governance or security operations.
- Good understanding of AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, LLMs and AI-assisted business processes.
- Knowledge of enterprise security frameworks and standards.
- Experience with AI governance, Agentic AI Security, prompt security, penetration testing, vulnerability management or threat detection is an advantage.
- English language proficiency at B2 level.
- Polish language proficiency at C1 level.
Responsibilities
- Conduct AI security assessments, risk analyses and security control validation across AI-enabled applications, platforms and enterprise environments.
- Perform secure AI architecture reviews and evaluate security risks associated with GenAI, LLMs, AI models and AI-assisted business processes.
- Support AI application and model security testing, identifying vulnerabilities, emerging threats and potential attack scenarios.
- Translate technical security findings into business risks, actionable recommendations and remediation plans for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, AI, data and business teams on AI governance, responsible AI adoption and secure digital transformation initiatives.
