Requirements
- Practical experience with CE, REACH, RoHS, and POPs regulations.
- Proven knowledge of creating technical documentation and declarations of conformity.
- Experience in designing, implementing, or improving Quality Assurance/Regulatory Compliance processes.
- Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into practical organizational procedures.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, quality, and procurement teams as well as external suppliers.
- Good proficiency in the English language to manage documentation and international communication.
Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive compliance documentation for products covering CE, REACH, RoHS, and POPs requirements.
- Develop formal declarations of conformity verifying compliance with regulations and standards.
- Analyze product, material, and component compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Create, standardize, and implement Quality Assurance and Compliance processes.
- Establish best practices for the management, updates, and archiving of compliance documentation.
- Define procedures to ensure compliance for both new and existing product portfolios.
- Collaborate with R&D, purchasing, and quality teams, as well as suppliers to secure necessary data and certifications.
- Support internal and external compliance audits.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvement actions.
