Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and completing clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working collaboratively and meeting professional deadlines.
- Comfort working with clients presenting a diverse range of problems or concerns.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Demonstrated ability to model stable and appropriate boundaries with clients.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing clinical documentation, including reviews and case notes.
- Provide high-quality clinical care and collaborate with a dynamic multidisciplinary team.
- Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed treatment goals.
- Submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines.
- Coordinate care with families, medical personnel, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
