Requirements
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited institution.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LCSW/LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT).
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).
- Strong experience in clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
- Comfort working with a diverse range of client concerns.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain stable and appropriate professional boundaries.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, and implement treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation, including treatment plan reviews and case notes.
- Provide clinical care and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
- Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve therapeutic goals.
- Submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines.
- Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week for full-time status.
- Coordinate services with families, schools, and other medical personnel.
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
