Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related business field or equivalent work experience.
- 1–3+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, solutions engineering, or SaaS solution automation.
- 3+ years of experience working directly with customers in a technical environment.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, and web services.
- Proficiency with iPaaS platforms or no-code/low-code automation tools.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell.
- Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging technical teams and executives.
Responsibilities
- Design and build solutions using TeamDynamix products like iPaaS and Conversational AI.
- Build and maintain automations and integrations between TeamDynamix solutions and client systems.
- Train customers on iPaaS best practices and automation strategies.
- Gather and document integration and automation requirements through client collaboration.
- Configure, test, and optimize integrations for performance and reliability.
- Provide proactive technical support and problem resolution for clients.
- Manage work and multitask across multiple client assignments.
