- Willingness to travel periodically for training
- Available for a rotating schedule including periodic weekends
Responsibilities
- Speak with homeowners on the phone regarding products purchased from the website
- Assist customers with technical product questions
- Troubleshoot technical issues remotely to resolve customer problems
- Participate in periodic travel for hands-on training and product refurbishment
- Maintain availability at your desk for phone calls during scheduled hours
