Job Details

10+ years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, AI, or advanced analytics.
Prior experience in a technical architecture, lead data scientist, or senior-level role.
Strong proficiency in Python for data science, deep learning, and production solutions.
Extensive experience with Azure-based data and AI technologies (Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI).
Hands-on experience with PyTorch for deep learning model development.
Experience with Spark and large-scale data processing frameworks.
Strong foundation in statistics, regression, forecasting, optimization, and machine learning methodology.
Proven ability to mentor, coach, or manage technical team members.
Strong communication and storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to travel approximately 10% as needed.

Serve as the architectural lead for complex data science, AI, machine learning, forecasting, optimization, and advanced analytics engagements.
Design and guide the implementation of production-ready AI solutions using Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, and Databricks.
Partner with clients to translate business needs into scalable, production-ready technical solutions.
Provide technical direction on model design, algorithm selection, feature engineering, validation, and deployment.
Directly manage, mentor, and coach a Senior Data Scientist Consultant, overseeing code quality and professional development.
Lead client-facing discovery sessions to define project goals and requirements.
Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.
