Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering.
- Hands-on experience operating production environments in GCP.
- Practical experience with Terraform/IaC, CI/CD, and Kubernetes in production.
- Solid understanding of cloud architecture, distributed systems, and networking.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming with Python, Go, or Shell.
- Proven experience responding to production incidents and conducting root-cause analyses.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills for working in a distributed team.
- Willingness to participate in a shared on-call rotation.
- Experience independently operating AWS or Azure environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet is a plus.
- Relevant cloud certifications, particularly Google Cloud Professional certifications, are an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve production cloud infrastructure across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
- Participate in a global on-call rotation and respond to production incidents.
- Improve infrastructure observability through monitoring, logging, and performance analysis.
- Build and maintain developer platforms, release pipelines, and automation tools.
- Design and maintain secure, scalable Terraform-based infrastructure as code.
- Operate production Kubernetes/GKE environments, including networking and security.
- Partner with security and engineering teams to implement secure-by-default infrastructure.
- Mentor engineers and lead initiatives to improve reliability and developer productivity.
