Requirements
- Experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Analyst, or Data Engineer with a strong analytical focus.
- Proficiency in SQL and dimensional/analytical data modeling.
- Experience building reusable datasets and analytical models.
- Knowledge of Databricks/Lakehouse environments.
- Experience with BI tools such as Grafana or Power BI.
- Ability to translate business needs into metrics and data models.
- Experience defining and standardizing KPIs and metrics.
- Knowledge of data quality, lineage, and data governance.
- Ability to collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and business stakeholders.
- Critical thinking to identify inconsistencies between data sources, metrics, and dashboards.
- Ability to transform data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Create reliable analytical models and datasets.
- Structure official metrics and indicators.
- Develop and maintain the Refined/Analytics layer.
- Ensure consistency across data, metrics, and dashboards.
- Support Power BI and other analytical consumers.
- Develop reusable models for products and platforms.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and Data Engineers.
- Support the definition of data quality and reconciliation rules.
- Contribute to data cataloging, documentation, and lineage.
- Reduce reliance on ad-hoc, consumer-specific solutions.
