Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in compliance, finance, business, accounting, legal studies, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, risk, audit, lending operations, or a controlled environment.
  • Experience performing sample-based reviews, documenting findings, and tracking corrective actions.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and spreadsheet management skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a remote, multinational organization.
  • Stable, reliable internet connection and a professional remote working setup.
  • Submission of CV in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with compliance or workflow-management systems preferred.
  • Familiarity with regulated financial-services processes is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in compliance, risk, or audit are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled monitoring and testing of lending, servicing, disclosure, and corporate compliance controls.
  • Select samples, review records, document results, and retain evidence to support conclusions.
  • Maintain the inventory, review schedule, and versions of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate periodic updates with process owners and support compliance training administration.
  • Enter findings, risks, and corrective actions into the issue-management process and track status.
  • Prepare dashboards and reports on monitoring, training, and remediation activities.
  • Respond to documentation requests from internal and external stakeholders.
