Requirements
- Experience leading small to medium-sized technical teams.
- Expertise in designing logical and physical data models for cloud/hybrid environments.
- Experience with multiple full life-cycle data warehouse implementations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Data Platform services (ADLS, Azure Synapse, ADF, Azure SQL).
- Expertise in Python and SQL scripting.
- Competency in cloud architecture and data pipeline development.
- Knowledge of API creation and management.
- Experience with data modeling tools like ER/Studio or ER/Win.
- Ability to rapidly adopt and apply new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor small to medium-sized technical teams.
- Manage work allocation, technical escalations, and project support.
- Represent the team in Agile ceremonies and client meetings.
- Design and implement logical and physical data models for cloud and hybrid environments.
- Implement data architectures supporting structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
- Perform data profiling and create source-to-target mappings.
- Provision and configure Azure data service resources.
