Requirements
- 5–8+ years of hands-on experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Infrastructure- Networking or equivalent.
- Strong expertise in Entra ID and Identity & Access Management.
- Deep working knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
- Strong understanding of Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, privileged access, and identity governance.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Purview, including DLP, retention, and eDiscovery.
- Strong PowerShell skills and experience with Microsoft Graph or Microsoft 365 automation.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, licensing, and governance.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and take end-to-end ownership of the Microsoft environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the M365 tenant and administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Manage Entra ID, identity lifecycle, authentication, Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, and access governance.
- Administer Intune for device configuration, compliance, application management, and endpoint security.
- Manage Microsoft Defender capabilities and security policies to address risks.
- Administer Microsoft Purview capabilities including DLP, retention, and eDiscovery.
- Build and maintain PowerShell and Microsoft Graph automation to streamline administration.
- Develop M365 governance standards, licensing, and configuration baselines.
