Requirements
- 3–5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience building production data platforms.
- Strong proficiency with Python, SQL, and PySpark.
- Solid practical experience with AWS cloud services and Lakehouse/Data Lake fundamentals.
- Familiarity with high-throughput event-based data streaming and real-time processing patterns.
- Clear verbal and written English communication skills to collaborate effectively across international teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain production-grade, event-based data pipelines capable of processing thousands of events per second in near real-time.
- Implement scalable data modeling designs and orchestration logic to transform raw event streams into optimized data models for downstream business consumption.
- Extend core data platform toolsets and manage the release, monitoring, and maintenance of production data pipelines.
- Partner directly with upstream product teams generating data, downstream consumers, SRE/Infrastructure, and InfoSec to ensure data quality, security, and pipeline compliance.
- Utilize agentic AI tooling in daily workflows to accelerate development, improve context management, and write maintainable code.
