Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management.
- Experience leading multiple product teams or managing Product Managers.
- Strong background in AI/ML products, automation platforms, or agentic systems.
- Solid understanding of LLM-powered agents, workflow automation, and human-in-the-loop design.
- Knowledge of AI evaluation, monitoring, safety, and guardrails.
- Experience building and scaling API-driven platforms.
- Strong collaboration with engineering teams on complex systems.
- Experience leading large cross-team initiatives.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to define long-term product direction.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced or native-level English.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the multi-year product vision (3+ years) for our agentic AI ecosystem.
- Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, establishing standards and processes.
- Drive the evolution of the AI agent orchestration platform and digital workforce automation.
- Partner with Engineering leadership to define scalable technical architecture.
- Own the business performance, KPIs, and growth metrics of the agentic product area.
- Evaluate emerging trends in agentic AI and position the product as a market leader.
