Requirements
- Master’s degree or Bachelor's degree in Gender Studies, Women’s Studies, or Sociology.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Strong research skills with the ability to gather gender-based information from multiple sources.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Passion for writing and creating compelling content that resonates with the target audience.

Responsibilities
- Develop programme concepts as per the brief and write proposals based on RFPs.
- Draft strategic documents such as the vision document, theory of change, and other materials critical for organizational visibility.
- Expand the Results Measurement Framework based on the Theory of Change.
- Compile detailed accounts for programmatic engagements and events, including quarterly and annual reports.
- Conduct research and assist in the development of IEC material for training workshops focusing on Prevention of Gender Based Violence, Team Building, and Strengthening.
