Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience.
- Proficiency with API, webhook and event-based integrations.
- Experience with data mapping, synchronization, and reconciliation.
- Knowledge of secure service authentication, retries, rate limits, and monitoring.
- Experience with integration testing and documentation.
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
- Availability during standard EST business hours.
- Nonprofit or education industry experience is an asset.
- Zoho, Canvas, or Make experience is an asset.
- Bilingual English/French fluency is a huge asset.
Responsibilities
- Build and test reliable connections between client websites and systems such as Zoho CRM, Canvas, and Zoom.
- Deliver agreed data feeds to client’s enterprise data environment.
- Implement API, webhook and event-based integrations across CRM, learning and business applications.
- Perform data mapping, synchronization, and reconciliation.
- Manage secure service authentication, retries, rate limits, and integration monitoring.
- Conduct integration testing and documentation.
