Requirements
- 3+ years of crypto financial operations experience in a prop, market-making, trading firm, or blockchain protocol
- Proven experience handling meaningful fund movements, settlements, and treasury operations
- Deep familiarity with wallets, multisigs, hardware wallets, CEXs, block explorers, and transaction verification
- Advanced Excel/Sheets proficiency
- Working Python proficiency for data manipulation and process automation
- Strong mental math skills for sanity-checking balances and P&L
- Demonstrated ability to maintain security judgment and procedures under pressure
- Based in the US
Responsibilities
- Execute and verify fund transfers, settlements, and exchange account operations across CEXs and onchain wallets
- Manage wallet and multisig operations including signing, key custody, permissions, and transaction verification
- Reconcile balances, transfers, fees, and P&L using Excel/Sheets and Python-based tooling
- Independently sanity-check transaction details and flag inconsistencies before execution
- Maintain and improve operational processes and security procedures for treasury and settlement workflows
- Operate methodically under time pressure on high-stakes, irreversible transactions
