Requirements
- Active DoD Secret clearance.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP GRC Process Control and Risk Management.
- Strong techno-functional expertise covering SAP GRC implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
- Demonstrated experience working with Audit teams and business process owners on compliance, controls, and risk initiatives.
- Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies, control frameworks, and compliance management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel locally up to 10% as required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment, configuration, enhancement, and optimization of SAP GRC Process Control and Risk Management modules.
- Partner with Audit teams, business process owners, and other stakeholders to strengthen controls, compliance processes, and risk governance.
- Support ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements of SAP GRC solutions to ensure stability and effective performance.
- Assess and improve risk management and control processes through technology-enabled solutions.
- Document and communicate process changes, risk assessments, control activities, and related improvements for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Contribute to initiatives that improve operational integrity, control effectiveness, and enterprise compliance.
- Apply techno-functional expertise to translate business requirements and risk objectives into effective SAP GRC solutions.
