Requirements
- Proven professional experience developing native iOS applications using Swift.
- Advanced or fluent English, both written and spoken, for daily communication with global teams.
- Strong understanding of iOS interface development, particularly programmatic layouts using Auto Layout or SnapKit.
- Solid knowledge of software design patterns and architectural approaches, including MVVM and Delegation.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Practical experience integrating applications with RESTful APIs and handling JSON.
- Hands-on experience writing unit tests with the XCTest framework.
- Familiarity with Git and modern version-control practices.
- Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong investigative mindset, curiosity, and willingness to continuously learn and keep up with Apple ecosystem trends and engineering best practices.
- Ability to solve technical problems independently while communicating effectively and collaborating within a team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain features for native iOS applications using Swift and modern architectural patterns such as MVVM.
- Understand business requirements and domain context to propose technical solutions that create meaningful value for end users.
- Write clean, maintainable, readable, and testable code, including the development and maintenance of unit tests.
- Integrate iOS applications with RESTful APIs and efficiently consume backend services using JSON-based data.
- Manage application dependencies and third-party libraries using Swift Package Manager (SPM) or CocoaPods.
- Proactively identify technical debt, refactoring opportunities, and potential technology improvements.
- Participate actively in code reviews, contributing to code quality and helping investigate and resolve application issues.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and international teams on new features and technical discussions.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to planning, refinement, delivery, and continuous improvement activities.
- Stay informed about developments in the Apple ecosystem, mobile engineering practices, and relevant technologies.
