Requirements
- Proven experience in mapping, redesigning, or automating business processes (e.g., Business Analyst, BizOps, Consultant).
- Strong knowledge of process mapping methodologies such as BPMN, flowcharts, and SOPs.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Practical experience with SQL for data analysis and KPI development.
- Experience creating BI dashboards that support business decisions.
- Hands-on experience with automation and AI tools such as n8n, RPA, or API integrations.
- Ability to structure business cases and prioritization proposals using impact, effort, and risk considerations.
- Strong critical thinking and executive communication skills.
- Experience in CS/Backoffice, HR operations, or HR technology environments is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Map and document current processes across Backoffice service pillars, including volumes, SLAs, and bottlenecks.
- Redesign processes to reduce manual effort and improve SLA performance.
- Identify, prioritize, and implement automation using RPA, generative AI, APIs, and integrations.
- Build and maintain dashboards covering volumes, SLAs, and team capacity.
- Measure the impact of process changes using established performance indicators.
- Lead the migration of selected activities from New Business and Product/CX into the Backoffice.
- Collaborate with Product and CX teams to transform manual demands into product backlog items.
