Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management, project management, business development, or a related role within the mobile gaming industry.
- Previous experience managing gaming studios, developer relationships, or external game-development partners is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated experience taking mobile games or applications from ideation through production and launch.
- Strong understanding of mobile gaming trends, player behavior, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to understand technical subjects and assess their relevance to products and the marketplace.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within cross-functional, international teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
- Native-level Turkish communication skills.
- Professional English proficiency at B2 level or above.
Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage gaming studios with a focus on the Turkish mobile gaming market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and studio partners to foster collaboration.
- Source and evaluate mobile games based on market potential, player behavior, and performance metrics.
- Lead the full game development lifecycle from ideation through production, optimization, and launch.
- Conduct competitive market analysis to identify trends and translate findings into product strategies.
- Act as an end-to-end product owner, collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineers and designers.
- Monitor product performance and utilize data-driven insights to support iterative development decisions.
