- Experience
- 14+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience with a PhD, or 15+ years with an MS.
Requirements
- PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related fields (or Master's degree with significant experience).
- 14+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience with a PhD, or 15+ years with an MS.
- 10+ years of management experience, including leadership of senior technical talent and people managers.
- Hands-on experience working with CDISC standards, raw datasets, SDTM, and ADaM datasets.
- Strong knowledge of SAS programming concepts and techniques in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in statistical tools such as SAS, EAST, and nQuery.
- Hands-on familiarity with common and advanced statistical methodology.
- Ability to travel <5%.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level leadership for strategy in the global development program, including design, analysis, interpretation, health authority response, and publication strategy.
- Lead senior-level collaborations with clinical, regulatory, and strategic functions to drive quantitative decision-making.
- Oversee staff and CRO performance to ensure high-quality study deliverables according to timelines and quality standards.
- Lead or sponsor the development of policies, SOPs, and controlled documents to drive process improvement and inspection readiness.
- Provide senior strategic statistical input for regulatory documents and scientific articles.
- Lead data generation strategy for podium presentations and payor discussions.
- Contribute to team development, succession planning, and departmental strategy.
