- Demonstrated success hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Direct experience recruiting in the ABA industry strongly preferred.
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various recruiting tools.
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing and pipeline development.
- Proven ability to conduct effective interviews.
- Experience building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple requisitions.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for RBTs, BCBAs, and other ABA-related positions.
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines within the ABA community.
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for clinical fit.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the entire hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and hiring priorities.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track recruiting metrics to improve overall hiring outcomes.
