Requirements
- Very good knowledge of Python.
- Very good knowledge of Odoo Enterprise with experience in production deployments.
- Experience in designing modular architecture, data models, and business logic following SOLID principles and Odoo best practices.
- Good knowledge of PostgreSQL.
- Experience in data security, including transmission encryption, stored data encryption (FLE), and backup management.
- Experience in integrating Odoo with external systems (e.g., Keycloak, External KMS, Fireblocks).
- Knowledge of Odoo's frontend layer and reporting mechanisms.
- Experience in a Technical Lead role or project technical leadership.
- Ability to make architectural decisions, plan work, conduct code reviews, and define technical standards.
- Experience in mentoring other developers.
- English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop modular architecture, data models, and business logic in Odoo.
- Develop, integrate, and maintain production Odoo Enterprise deployments.
- Make architectural decisions and ensure the quality and scalability of solutions.
- Integrate Odoo with external systems such as Keycloak, External KMS, and Fireblocks.
- Manage PostgreSQL databases and ensure data security, including encryption and backup mechanisms.
- Develop and utilize the Odoo frontend layer and reporting mechanisms.
- Lead the project technically, including planning work, conducting code reviews, and defining development standards.
- Support and mentor the development team.
