Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in Python development.
- Proficiency in at least one framework: Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
- Experience in designing and developing REST API services.
- Knowledge of design patterns and clean code principles (SOLID, DRY, KISS).
- Practical experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL).
- Knowledge of Linux and working with Linux-based systems.
- Experience implementing WebSocket communication.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions).
- Experience in microservices architecture.
- Practical knowledge of NoSQL technologies (Elasticsearch, Redis).
- Knowledge of application security best practices.
- Experience in monitoring with tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript.
- Proficiency in English at B2 level and Polish at C2 level.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications in Python.
- Co-create system architecture and participate in selecting optimal technological solutions.
- Analyze technical and business challenges to propose effective solutions.
- Develop automated tests to ensure high software quality.
- Optimize relational databases and SQL queries.
- Maintain environments based on Docker and Kubernetes.
- Integrate applications with external systems using REST API and message queues.
- Create and update technical and architectural documentation.
- Mentor team members and share knowledge.
- Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation actions.
