Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience with React and TypeScript.
- Proficiency in Next.js.
- Experience writing frontend unit and integration tests.
- Knowledge of web accessibility rules (WCAG, WAI-ARIA) and building accessible UIs.
- Strong focus on frontend performance and optimizing Core Web Vitals.
- Experience building large-scale, high-traffic e-commerce applications.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Experience designing and consuming REST services.
- Proficient in using Chrome DevTools.
- Strong communication skills in English (min. B2).
- Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT).
Responsibilities
- Lead the building and maintenance of modular, high-performance frontend applications.
- Navigate complex systems processing travel data from multiple sources across 7 countries.
- Collaborate with backend, data, and product teams on system development.
- Mentor team members, conduct empathetic code reviews, and support professional growth.
- Advocate for testing best practices and manage trade-offs between speed and maintainability.
- Actively participate in daily standups, retrospectives, and planning meetings.
