Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in data science or applied analytics.
- Proven track record of moving models and analyses beyond the prototype stage.
- Strong Python programming skills using pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
- Solid statistical foundations including hypothesis testing, regression, and experimental design.
- Experience with at least one cloud/data platform (Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks, or Palantir).
- Ability to communicate analytical results clearly to business stakeholders.
- Capacity to work autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English and Polish (written and spoken).
- Must reside in Poland.
Responsibilities
- Translate business problems into analytical solutions by defining hypotheses and selecting modeling approaches.
- Explore, clean, and prepare structured and semi-structured data using Python.
- Build, validate, and tune machine learning models for classification, regression, and forecasting.
- Design and analyze experiments including A/B testing and statistical hypothesis testing.
- Develop solutions within enterprise platforms like Microsoft Fabric and Palantir Foundry.
- Communicate analytical findings through visualizations and narratives to various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data and ML engineers on production deployment and data quality.
- Monitor deployed models for drift and manage the retraining lifecycle.
