Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), design, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in UI Design, Graphic Design, UX, or Design Thinking (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification or UX Research Academy).
- Training or education in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Fluent German and English language proficiency (B2 level).
- Bachelor or Master degree in HCI, design, or a related field (nice-to-have).
Responsibilities
- Design UI components in accordance with the Nova Design System Library specifications.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for stakeholder validation.
- Define design specifications for colors, typography, spacing, and component usage.
- Develop and maintain UI Style Guides to ensure consistent implementation across platforms.
- Iterate on and expand Nova Design System components and develop new patterns.
- Generate accessibility reports and audit compliance with usability and accessibility standards.
