Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Python backend development
- Strong experience with authentication protocols: OIDC, SAML, JWT, SSO
- Hands-on experience with MCP, RAG and Agentic AI
- Strong software engineering background covering design, development, testing, deployment and production support
- Knowledge of clean architecture, SOLID principles and design patterns
- Experience designing robust and scalable APIs and microservices
- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, concurrency, caching and fault tolerance
- Hands-on AWS cloud experience, including compute, networking and IAM
- Experience with React, Next.js or similar frontend frameworks
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD and GitHub Workflows
- Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation
- Knowledge of software quality practices, automated testing, code reviews and static analysis
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain backend services in Python using FastAPI, Starlette and similar technologies
- Build secure authentication and authorization solutions using OIDC, SAML, JWT and SSO
- Integrate applications with identity providers such as Azure AD and Okta
- Build event-driven and streaming architectures using AWS messaging services and Redis
- Develop REST APIs and microservices with focus on scalability, security and reliability
- Develop and maintain frontend applications using React, Next.js or similar technologies
- Automate infrastructure using Terraform and other IaC tools
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
- Contribute to AI-enabled solutions using MCP, RAG and Agentic AI
