Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET.
- Extensive experience with ASP.NET Core and Web API.
- Strong knowledge of Entity Framework / EF Core.
- Strong Azure experience including App Services, Azure SQL, and Application Insights.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven experience improving performance and reliability in production systems.
- Experience leading developers, conducting code reviews, and setting engineering standards.
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in Polish (C1) and English (C1).
Responsibilities
- Lead development work across .NET, C#, and Azure-based applications.
- Review and improve code quality, performance, maintainability, and reliability.
- Perform application performance optimizations, including async/await, EF Core usage, caching, API design, memory allocation, HttpClient usage, and error handling.
- Support the decomposition of monolithic functionality into modular components or services.
- Partner with QA teams on testability, regression coverage, defect triage, and release readiness.
- Mentor mid-level developers and raise engineering standards.
- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to clarify requirements.
- Participate in production issue analysis and root-cause reviews.
