Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
- 3+ years of Node.js backend development
- 3+ years of React development
- Experience with Core Web Vitals optimization, web analytics, and accessibility standards
- Good understanding of REST APIs
- Knowledge of Redis, including caching, pub/sub, and queues
- Basic knowledge of Docker and experience working with containers
- English at B2+ level
- Experience reading and understanding existing codebases quickly
- Ability to write code that other developers can easily read and maintain
- Good understanding of design patterns and software development best practices
Responsibilities
- Become an independent team member, not only a project contributor
- Be an expert in what you do
- Build and maintain Node.js backend services for content migration pipelines
- Design and implement data transformation layers that map legacy CMS content to Arc XP format
- Debug and solve data problems between source and target systems
- Build reusable components based on Arc design patterns
- Improve frontend performance and keep the component architecture clean
- Make sure the application follows accessibility and responsive design standards
