Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience (or 2 years as a senior) in web development with Java and React.
- Ability to independently design solutions for complex problems and break them into development stages.
- Strong understanding of business context and commitment to product outcomes.
- Ability to work with general business requirements and define technical details.
- Practical experience with Domain Driven Design (DDD).
- Very good knowledge of Java (11+), React, and TypeScript.
- Good knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL preferred).
- Experience with Hibernate and Spring.
- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Spock, JUnit, Testing Library, Vitest).
- Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Ability to design clean, testable, and maintainable code.
- Strong communication skills and ability to justify technical decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement features (60-70% backend, 30-40% frontend).
- Analyze product, business, and technical requirements.
- Implement functionality supporting complex medical business processes.
- Model domains and manage data.
- Handle integrations with external systems.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews and testing.
- Participate in technical decision-making and support team knowledge sharing.
- Initiate and implement technical and organizational improvements.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and Product Owners.
