Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering
- Strong experience designing and building Data Warehouses
- Solid knowledge of data modelling and ETL/ELT processes
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience integrating and migrating data from different sources
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
- Experience with project ownership or project management
- High level of independence and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English (C1)
Responsibilities
- Analyze current data setup, processes, and existing Google Spreadsheet-based backend
- Design and build a stable and scalable Data Warehouse solution
- Migrate and consolidate data from multiple existing sources
- Build and maintain reliable ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformations
- Ensure high data quality, consistency, and maintainability
- Set up a user-friendly frontend/interface for Finance and Operations teams
- Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Take ownership of the project from initial analysis through implementation and handover
- Manage priorities, dependencies, and timelines independently
- Document the implemented architecture and processes
