Proven experience defining and scaling test automation strategies, frameworks, tooling, and standards.
Strong technical depth in evaluating automation architectures, framework design, and CI/CD integrations.
Advanced experience with automated testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, and TestNG.
Deep understanding of QA methodologies, software development lifecycles, and defect management.
Experience with quality management platforms like Jira and TestRail.
Proven experience leading QA teams across multiple disciplines or engineering squads.
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for improving team efficiency or output quality.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Lead the execution of the quality engineering strategy across multiple squads, aligning testing priorities with product and engineering objectives.
Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of QA engineers and analysts.
Own and evolve the test automation strategy, architecture, tooling, and standards.
Drive a measurable reduction in manual regression testing through reliable automation and risk-based testing.
Establish and monitor quality KPIs covering efficiency, defect trends, and release readiness.
Manage team capacity, resource planning, and priorities.
Evaluate and operationalize AI-assisted approaches to improve testing effectiveness.
