- Proven track record of owning and shipping complex product features end-to-end.
- Strong product and UX judgment with the ability to identify and improve interaction issues.
- Exceptional attention to detail regarding interface polish, responsiveness, and intent.
- Experience building sophisticated animations and interactive UI.
- Strong understanding of modern frontend engineering practices and architecture.
- Ability to turn ambiguous problems into concrete, actionable solutions.
- Strong ownership mindset with a proactive communication style in a distributed team.
- Proficiency with AI-native workflows for product exploration and implementation.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Own complex product features end-to-end from problem definition through implementation and iteration.
- Collaborate with the product team to shape product strategy, challenge assumptions, and solve ambiguous problems.
- Develop polished, responsive interfaces using React and TypeScript.
- Prototype interactions using code, design tools, and AI to find optimal solutions.
- Refine interface details including motion, transitions, loading states, and microinteractions.
- Build and evolve reusable frontend components and design systems.
- Identify and execute improvements to the existing product experience.
- Ensure high standards for performance, accessibility, reliability, and engineering quality.
