- High school diploma in native language.
- Dedicated, secure, high-speed wired internet (10 Mbps download/4 Mbps upload).
- Windows 10 or higher desktop or laptop (Dual Core 2 GHz+, 8 GB RAM).
- Noise-canceling, wired USB headset.
- Relevant certifications such as PICSI, ALTA, or HIPAA (advantageous).
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate verbal communication between English speakers and Fuzhou speakers.
- Facilitate clear and transparent exchanges across healthcare, legal, and community service environments.
- Perform interpretation services via Over-the-Phone (OPI) or Video Remote (VRI) channels.
