Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing coordinator, social, or community management role.
- Excellent written English with a natural, human tone for public communication.
- Hands-on proficiency with a design tool such as Figma or Canva.
- Basic video trimming skills for creative asset production.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain at least 3 hours of daily overlap with US Pacific Time.
- Located in the United States, Mexico, or the Philippines.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to community and social media interactions, escalating clinical or complaint-related issues.
- Manage social media calendars, scheduling, publishing, and basic performance reporting.
- Resize, version, and assemble ad variants using approved brand templates and assets.
- Coordinate external partners for UGC, motion design, and SEO by tracking briefs, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Maintain marketing asset libraries, monitor competitors, and manage meeting action items.
